I’m a Return and Refund policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund on that day of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund:

- As our egg tarts are perishable and freshly made, refunds are only applicable if the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect (e.g., wrong flavour or missing item).

- Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

-You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging must be submitted as evidence.

- Taste preference or minor texture differences do not qualify for a refund, as our flavours are handcrafted and may vary slightly.

To request a refund, please contact us at [momotartpastries@gmail.com] with your order details and reason for the return. Once we review your request, we’ll notify you of the status and process the refund if approved. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a weeks.

I'm a shipping policy. I'm a great place to add more information about your shipping methods. We freshly bake and carefully pack all our unique egg tarts to ensure quality and taste upon arrival. Currently, we ship within Penang Island. Pre-order is required two to three days in advance.Orders are processed within 1–2 days. Tarts are baked to order for maximum freshness.
